Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
